Current Fee Schedule

WEM fiduciary rate is $185 per hour for all work performed by the fiduciary. This includes, but is not limited to: meetings, travel time, telephone calls, time spent reviewing and responding to emails, preparation of accountings, letter writing, bill payment tasks, reconciling accounts, etc. 

WEM Care Management Rate is currently $150.00 per hour. May also include travel expenses such as reimbursement for all miles of business use (business standard mileage rate).  

WEM bills in units of .1 hours (6-minute increments) for tasks performed. Minimum time charge for all transactions is 6 minutes. 

WEM will provide a detailed statement for all hourly fees upon request. The hourly bill shall include the date, activity performed, and time spent. 

All fees are subject to periodic adjustment.
