Suggested Trust Language: If the Settlor, ____________________, resigns, dies, becomes incapacitated, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to serve as Trustee, then the successor Trustee of all trusts established under this Agreement shall be Natalie Marie Webb, CLPF, of Webb Estate Management, located at 3031 Stanford Ranch Road, Suite 2, Unit 221, Rocklin, California 95765.

If Natalie Marie Webb resigns, declines to serve, or becomes unable to serve as Trustee for any reason, she shall have the authority to nominate and appoint a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary to serve as sole successor Trustee of all trusts established under this Agreement.

If Natalie Marie Webb is unable to exercise such appointment authority due to death, incapacity, or other inability to act, then any duly licensed fiduciary affiliated with Webb Estate Management may serve as successor Trustee or may nominate and appoint a qualified California Licensed Professional Fiduciary to serve as successor Trustee.

If no licensed fiduciary affiliated with Webb Estate Management is willing or able to serve or appoint a successor Trustee, then the acting President of Independent Trustee Alliance shall have the authority to nominate and appoint a qualified California Licensed Professional Fiduciary to serve as successor Trustee.

If the acting President of Independent Trustee Alliance is unable or unwilling to make such appointment, then the attorney who drafted this Trust Agreement, or such attorney's successor in practice, shall have the authority to nominate and appoint a qualified California Licensed Professional Fiduciary to serve as successor Trustee.

It is the Settlor's express intent that a qualified California Licensed Professional Fiduciary be available at all times to serve in a fiduciary capacity and to ensure the proper administration of this Trust. Accordingly, all persons granted appointment authority under this provision shall endeavor to appoint a qualified California Licensed Professional Fiduciary whenever reasonably possible.
